What happens in a rehearsal?
We practise songs, prepare for concerts while learning to read scores and understand the music. We work as a team, singing together as friends. Rehearsals are friendly and informal; and there’s always a choir member to help new members settle in. Half way through we break for a snack and a chat.
When do we meet?
Every Saturday during term-time from 10am-12pm and senior members have an additional rehearsal from 12-12.30pm.
Where do we meet?
We meet at the Friends Meeting House on Bournville Green, 65 Linden Road, B30 1JT
How much does it cost?
The cost is £50 per term.
Do we do performances?
We perform regularly in a range of venues and finish each term with a social Saturday rehearsal to help celebrate our achievements.
